Straight answers
What stops you revising the offer once you have my phone?+
Your offer is based on the condition and lock status you describe. If the phones match, you get the agreed figure. If something lands materially different, say a cracked screen listed as mint, we send photos and a revised number. Decline it and we ship the device back at our cost.
Why do you buy financed phones when other sites won't?+
We sell to wholesale buyers who specifically buy financed devices. We price them openly as financed, describe them the same way to our buyers, and never unlock them. Note: selling the phone doesn't end your agreement with the carrier — any remaining installments are still yours to pay.
When do I get paid?+
Once your box is checked in at our Delaware facility and the phones match the description, we pay the agreed offer by bank transfer. Regular partners can be paid upfront under a simple vendor agreement.
Do I need to remove iCloud and Find My first?+
Yes, and it's the single thing that most often holds up payment. A device still signed into an iCloud account can't be processed and has to go back. Sign out on the handset, or remove it at appleid.apple.com before you ship.
What if my phone is blacklisted?+
We don't buy devices reported lost or stolen. Every IMEI is checked on arrival, without exception. Anything flagged is refused.
